About This Class
This class is open to all levels of ability and offers modifications. It begins with a warm up, then progresses to across the floor movement and then a sizzling piece of choreography. Once learned, it's time to Bump it, Grind it, Bend, Bring it!!! We will spend the rest of class exploring what happens to the choreography when performed to wildly diverse song choices. Experience how each song brings a different type of energy and intent to the choreography. Revel in musicality, amp up your stage presence and have a blast!
