There will be no warm-ups seated on the floor, so you can take this class in street clothes.
This class is not likely to make you sweat, but you will find and firm muscles you may not have known you had!

The Friday class will be suspended from June to September, due to seasonal demands. Last class on Friday is June 20. Thursday classes will continue as usual.

This class is designed to be taken in any kind of clothing, although you are free to dress for class!

This class is designed for any woman to walk in and discover the confidence and empowerment exotic dance can offer. You'll learn easy moves to increase your grace, balance, and core strength, all while having the time of your life. Focusing on chair dancing, this class will be taught to saucy burlesque music and will feature a burlesque-moves warmup, chair dance moves that help tone upper arms, abdomen, and thighs, and a slow sensual cool down. This class is designed for any woman who wants to have fun with burlesque. The goal of the class is to work with the basics of burlesque in an entertaining and light-hearted way, improving movement, grace, and core strength while giving you a sense of playfully sensual self-assurance. $15, $25 for two. Class size is limited to 8.

What you do on your lunch break will be our little secret! Get yourself into a playful mood, primed for the weekend--without breaking a sweat! You'll get your heart pumping and your muscles warmed up, but you won't be perspiring in this class (unless you perspire very, very easily). It's perfect for just before going out.
